  Having eating at this restaurant this evening I can safely say I will never be going back. The food was amazing when we were finally able to order but that was the only redeeming part of the evening. From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel like unwelcome guests. Our reservation was lost and we were told to go down the back and they would get to us when they could. We set the table as no one ever came and no one ever came to get a drink order. We grabbed the chance to order the food when a couple of the soft drinks were brought over as it was beginning to become clear there was not going to be any service. As I said the food was the only redeeming part of the experience. The wait staff need to have a good look at their behaviour. I have never been abused by a staff member for asking that the air conditioner be turned on or asking for a table to be cleared. One of the waitress called my husband a f*** a**hole when we asked to speak to the manager due to the way she had treated us all night. As she had already attacked myself for saying that we just wanted my birthday cake so that we could leave as we were in a room that was sweltering and little to no air conditioning. At this stage half of the party left as we could no longer stand to be yelled at by wait staff. What then occurred was like a scene from faulty towers with wait staff screaming abuse, while the manager was trying to pull her away so that we could pay the bill and leave. I can safely say that I will never go back to this restaurant while the current waitstaff remain and I will be advising anyone in the future to do the same.
